CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA & COCONUT LOAF
When I first set up Hannah’s Pantry I was super keen to get myself to a Farmers Market, Greenwich Market to be precise. Turns out the stall was just the beginning and the past 6 months have been a total whirlwind to say the least.
This loaf was one of my first vegan and refined sugar free creations and I knew my stall wouldn’t be complete without it. Safe to say it was a hit and is pretty much always one of the first to sell out – turns out people love both bananas and chocolate and what’s better than the two combined!
Being refined sugar free this scrummy loaf is totally guilt free, and doesn’t need a million ingredients which I bet you probably already have in your kitchen.
It’s an absolute doddle to make – infact my boyfriend (who is a bit of a new kid on the baking block) baked it just last Sunday and found it easy peasy.
