Cinnamon and Raisin Loaf
This awesome apple, cinnamon and raisin cake is loaded with fruit, super easy to make and the most perfect treat!
I whipped up a loaf this afternoon as I’ve not been feeling my best, my Endo has flared up and I have been craving something sweet and comforting.
The cinnamon adds the perfect touch of sweetness, not to mention has huge anti-inflammatory properties which is a great addition to my foods when my Endo is bad.
The recipe itself is hearty and healthy. It is pretty much made up from fruit and nuts which make it oh so satisfying, especially curled up on the sofa with a large cup of tea in my favourite anthropology mug. What could be better when you’re feeling a little under the weather?
